PROJECT
OVERVIEW
The
design of this community will be based upon an urban harbor
town. The streets will be designed to replicate a great urban
street not unlike those in many of our favorite urban centers
such as Baltimore and Boston. The buildings in the first phase
will range from eight to nine stories and will wrap around
this street. The ground level will feature retail and restaurants
while the upper levels of the buildings will include condominiums,
professional offices, hotel, spa and meeting facilities. These
buildings will overlook the marina and harbor. Between the
harbor and the buildings will be the main street as well as
a green belt park on which many activities such as open-air
markets, entertainment or just relaxing will take place.
Harbor Walk will
have an urban density of buildings around the harbor but will
have convenient covered parking and easily accessable roads
as well as providing a place for patrons and home owners to
enjoy the many amenities and events that will take place here.
At
the center of the development will be the nine-story, 200-room
Hotel Valencia. A new modern classic, Hotel Valencia will
appeal to travelers with the most discerning taste. Take a
look at the Valencia properties in San Jose’s Santana
Row, San Antonio’s Riverwalk, Telluride, Colorado or
the newest property, the Lancaster in Houston, and you’ll
see that Hotel Valencia is synonymous with luxury and style.
