design of this community will be based upon an urban harbor
town. The streets will be designed to replicate a great urban
street not unlike those in many of our favorite urban centers
such as Baltimore and Boston. At
the center of the development will be a luxury hotel.
Construction will begin with a residential condominium building located on the Northwest corner of the marina. Phase I will be located on the west side of the marina.
The buildings in the first phase
will range from eight to nine stories and will wrap around
this street. The ground level will feature retail and restaurants
while the upper levels of the buildings will include condominiums,
professional offices, hotel, spa and meeting facilities. These
buildings will overlook the marina and harbor. Between the
harbor and the buildings will be the main street as well as
a green belt park on which many activities such as open-air
markets, entertainment or just relaxing will take place.
Harbor Walk will
have an urban density of buildings around the harbor but will
have convenient covered parking and easily accessible roads
as well as providing a place for patrons and home owners to
enjoy the many amenities and events that will take place here.
