Information
The
first residential building will house 147 condos. Scroll down

below to see floor-by-floor layouts. You may click on
individual unit numbers in either the chart or the floor layout
to see a closeup of that unit's layout.
We are now accepting reservations for condominiums.
The reservation price is ten percent (10%) of the guaranteed
purchase price or Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), whichever
is less and is fully refundable until the purchaser is presented
with a final contract for sale. Upon presentation of a final
contract for sale, Purchaser shall have fifteen (15) days to
execute the contract at which time the deposit shall be twenty
percent (20%) of the purchase price in a combination of cash
and irrevocable letter of credit.
